Adaptive Cooking & Baking Program! Come eat and learn some kitchen safety, vocabulary, food Prep skills, and tasty recipes! For ages 8 to 21 years old who require adaptive functioning. 

Why Cooking?
It's not just about the food!
Learning to prepare simple meals can improve independence and nutrition.
Cooking & baking skills are valuable for our youth. 
My Special Chef and Baking Buddies are for beginners who would like to learn new recipes. Individuals must be able to work in a group setting with a maximum of 5 people and be able to follow simple step directions. 
*This program is not suitable for individuals with food allergies or dysphagia. 

What to bring: comfortable attire/apron, indoor sneakers, hair tied back and a water bottle.
