Learn music from Ray, the Music Teacher!
This program is taught by an independent instructor Ray Braselton. Ray has over 50 years of experience in entertainment/performance and teaching guitar (acoustic, electric, bass, classical, blues), piano, ukulele, dobro, dulcimer, mandolin, band instruments such as Alto Sax, Clarinet, Flute, Trumpet, Trombone, theory, and ear training.
Classes range from ages 6 to age 88!
Private Lessons are 1/2 hour classes for 4 weeks
Group lessons are 1-hour classes for 4 weeks. Classes for the Experienced and Non-Experienced.
*If you have your own keyboard, we can teach that too!
Tuesday evenings:
What's included: Music sheets, and use of Music stands.
What to bring: Your own instrument, and water bottle (optional). Musical instruments are not provided.
Private Lessons: 3:45pm through to 8pm (1/2 hr class)
Beginner-Intermediate-Advanced Level
Guitar (acoustic, electric, bass, classical), ukulele, mandolin, dobro, dulcimer. Band Instruments: alto sax, clarinet, flute, trumpet, trombone, Keyboard (bring your own), ear training and theory.
Guitar Beginner 2: 430-530pm.
Some experience needed: Learn songs using notes and major and minor chords. Review instrument tuning, care, and music notation (symbols).
Guitar Beginner 1: 530-630pm.
No experience needed: Learn the basics of simple songs using notes and simple chords. Instrument tuning and care.
