Fee Schedule
2025 Public/private rental Rental Fees
  1. Fees are listed below as per adopted Town fee schedule, and may be subject to change:
  • $75 per hour for public/private rental – resident rate
  • $150 per hour for non-resident public/private rental rate – non-resident
  1. Payment will be due in full upon receipt of reservation confirmation, or no later than 14 days prior to rental date. Payment not received 14 days prior to rental will be subject to cancelation.
