News: Troubleshooting- View and log into MyRec account

If you use Chrome as your web browser to VIEW and LOG INTO MyRec, you may notice the front page may not look normal or familiar to you. If this is the case, you will need to clear your Cached Data Settings. Members that may be experiencing this unusual format, may need to do follow the steps below.
 
Steps:
Open CHROME web browser.
Click the 3 DOTS on the top right corner (under the X).
Scroll down and click on SETTINGS
Scroll down and click on ADVANCED
Scroll down and click on CLEAR BROWSING DATA
Select CACHED IMAGES AND FILES (de-select the other 2 options)
Click CLEAR DATA
Once done, CLOSE or X out of settings and web browser.
Re-open Chrome web browser and log into MYREC using your user name and password. It should be back to normal.
