The Art Studio at Nike Base Park is a space for pre-teens & teens to be able to work independently on art-related projects. Participants can work on projects from school or anything that inspires them for that night. Examples of individual projects include painting, drawing, sewing, sculpting, and more.Fall/Winter Hours: Starting Sept 16Mondays: Middle School 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.Tuesdays: MS/HS- 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.Thursdays: MS/HS 6:30p.m. - 9:00 p.m.Registration Information: Registration is free however, in order to participate in the Art Studio you must register.

Music Lessons for All Ages-Wednesdays - 2026 PRIVATE 1/2 hr. Music Lesson 4PM: - Wednesdays S2
Love the Sweet Sound of Music?Learn music from Ray, the Music Teacher! This program is taught by an independent instructor Ray Braselton. Ray has over 50 years of experience in entertainment/performance and teaching guitar (acoustic, electric, bass, classical, blues), piano, ukulele, dobro, dulcimer, mandolin, band instruments such as Alto Sax, Clarinet, Flute, Trumpet, Trombone, theory, and ear training.Classes range from ages 6 to age 88!Private Lessons are 1/2 hour classes for 4 weeks Wednesday Afternoons: Various time slots to choose from. Lessons are also offered on Tuesdays!What's included: Music sheets and use of Music stands. What to bring: Your instrument, and water bottle (optional). Musical instruments are not provided, besides the use of a Piano on site.Location: Nike Base Activity Center (Music Room), Alt. Location Community Center as needed.*Note: July and August, select instrument lessons between 1pm & 330pm are moved to the community center, excludes Drums and Piano; these 2 instrument lessons available 4pm onward in the Music room.
