Calling on Musicians of alto and tenor sax, bassoon, clarinet, flute, French horn, oboe, trumpet, trombone, baritone, tuba, percussion, keyboard, drums, guitar, and electric bass players.
This band class is a great venue for those teens, adults, and retirees who don’t have a place to practice their musical talents. Band Songs will range differently in each session: from holiday-themed songs to Contemporary, Jazz, Rock, and more! Songs will be discussed as a group. Musical instruments are not provided.
This program is taught by an independent instructor Ray Braselton. Ray has over 50 years of experience in entertainment/performance and teaching guitar (acoustic, electric, bass, classical, blues), piano, ukulele, dobro, dulcimer, mandolin, band instruments such as Alto Sax, Clarinet, Flute, Trumpet, Trombone, drums, theory, and ear training.
*Must be able to read school-level music, Level 1 to Level 3.
Classes range from ages: 12 to age 88! For the experienced with their own instrument
Band Session’s are 1-hour jam sessions for 10 weeks plus 1 concert performance
Registration required: $110/R, $125/NR (registration closes 1-week prior to start date due to supplies).
REQUIRED: A minimum of 5 experienced Musicians
Tuesday evenings: 730pm to 830pm, with 1 rehearsal before a concert date.

What's included: Music sheets and use of Music stands.
What to bring: Your instrument, and a water bottle (optional).
CONCERT PERFORMANCE:
Fall/Winter- Christmas Concert; Mix of Christmas-themed songs. First Saturday evening in December! (Date & Time TBD. Possible Fri and Sun. option)
Spring- St. Patrick's Day Concert; Mix of Irish-themed songs: The Saturday before St. Patrick's Day (time TBA)
Summer Concert: Mix of Contemporary music: Early August (Date and Time TBA)
